Proper aftercare is essential for optimal healing and long-lasting results. Please follow these guidelines carefully:

    • Do not pick, peel, or scratch your lips. Flaking and light scabbing are completely normal during the healing process.

    • Apply only Aquaphor or the recommended aftercare ointment. Reapply every 3 hours to keep lips consistently hydrated.

    • Do not scrub or exfoliate your lips. Clean gently twice daily with a fragrance-free cleanser and pat dry with a clean napkin.

    • Drink through a straw to minimize contact with the lips.

    • Avoid using any products containing acids or active ingredients (such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, AHAs, retinol, or exfoliants) around the lip area, as these can alter or fade the pigment.

    • Smoking may delay healing and can cause discolouration or pigment changes.

Healing Period: Please allow approximately 7 days for healing. During this time, avoid:

    • Getting water on the lips (except when gently cleansing).

    • Wearing lip or face makeup near the area.

    • Saunas or steam rooms.

    • Sunbathing or direct sun exposure.

    • Swimming pools.

    • Working out or excessive sweating.
